Dawood Bedrosian fell in love with Orlando and moved to make his dream a reality upon completing an Honors Degree in Business Administration at the University of Windsor, Canada.

At the height of the downturn in the Florida market in 2008, Dawood was presented with an incredible opportunity to market Florida properties to Canadian investors. He understood that success would entail traveling to educate new clients on the spectacular opportunities that existed in Orlando by providing a full-service concierge turnkey solution for all foreign investors needs based on integrity and in-depth knowledge of the business. His specialty covers all facets of real estate including luxury resale properties  ground-up new developments/conversion sales and marketing, site acquisitions, investment sales to commercial real estate. Licensed for over a decade and fluent in English and Arabic, Dawood gained international experience with a proven track record of results in sales and numerous awards throughout his career. He now defines the cornerstone to his success as his innate passion for the business and an uncompromising level of attention to his client’s every need and at every step of the process.
